About Alicia

Hello my name is Alicia. I am a 22-year-old nursing student/caregiver. I am CPR/first aid certified. I also have clinical experience in healthcare , such as, first aid, wound care, mental health clinics and med management. I began caring for seniors at 18 when I joined a private home health aide company. I have 5 years of experience in this industry. I quickly discovered I enjoy caring for seniors because making sure that basic needs are met for such a vulnerable group of people is greatly important to me. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to gain new experiences and allow me to continue expanding my skills as a student who plans on furthering her education in medicine. I am well trained with incontinent care, dementia patients, assisting with ADLs, hoyer transfers, bed baths and showering. I also have my own car for transportation if needed for errands and appointments. I look forward to meeting you and your loved one!
