About Alicia

I'd describe my personality as friendly, patient, and attentive. As a coach at my camp in Mississippi, I have felt the special impact of encouraging growth in a child. I'm looking for a job that has lists and a kind environment. I started working with children by babysitting my nieces in 2017. I am currently 19; I have experience working at Live Oak Wilderness Camp, caring for 12+ children in a cabin. I also have experience as head of one of the campsite explorations (arts and crafts). In my spare time, I enjoy getting creative with my own house and art projects. One thing you should know about me is that I have OCD. Often OCD aids me in cleaning and organizing. My motherly nature tends to give children a sense of reliability in me, necessary to grow trust between them and I. My top 3 skills include emotional intelligence, organization, and problem-solving.
