About Alicia

It is a really special chapter of my life to be focusing on working with children. Parents have been teaching me a lot about grace, strength, and balance. The children teach me so much about how to see more clearly and care for the inner child within myself. What is important to me when I connect with children is loving, healthy language, boundaries, and creative time. Helping both parents and children to see how loved they are through everything is what makes this work so meaningful. I have been learning how to help children honor their big emotions, though balancing that with the practice of redirecting our awareness to joy and magic together. We can help each other remember the silliness is really good medicine. I am excited about learning more and more from other families about healthy parenting.
