Everything seemed to be fine. We went through a long interview & hiring process, paid interview and training day etc. She charged more than we were used to paying but we felt worth it for her displayed level of experience. She committed to a year or more to ensure consistency for the boys. Start date was Tuesday August 1st and our boys had a rough day behaviorally because of the new transition (1, 3, 5 and anyone with experience would expect that). On Thursday August 3rd we received a text saying she wasn't a good fit, was quitting and not coming back. Completely ghosted. We are dumbfounded and left hanging completely
