About Alice

Hi! I'm a University of Oregon graduate living in Los Angeles with many years of experience both nannying and babysitting kids from a wide age range - 14 months to 14 years! I'm considerate, responsible and fun, and I truly enjoy getting to know families. In fact, I'm still in touch with many I've worked with in the past. Not only do I love taking care of kids, I also have a passion for organizing, which has proven to be pretty well-received by parents over the years! Why I love working with kids? The reasons depend on the age range. I love working with toddlers because they are adorable and hilarious, and their learning curve is flat out fascinating. I love working with children because I approach them as a person I am getting to know, rather than a child in my charge. Of course, I know when to step in and keep things on track, but I feel like we can both learn from each other, and I love witnessing our connection grow.
