I had hired Alice to come and help me with some things in my home because I was in desperate need. I am ill with an auto immune disease and disorder. My husband passed away recently complicating things in Fraser. I was so excited for her to come and when I tried to message her that morning my messages would not go through. I was left without any kind of explanation and I knew she was a no-show. I could've spent time speaking to other Care.com workers and receiving other help but since I was left without any notice I was unable to and was not able to receive help. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
