Hello lovely families! My name is Alia and I have been babysitting for as long as I can remember. I have a younger sister, and I always babysat countless neighborhood kids. When I was a teenager, I was a camp counselor for two years, for children ages 6-12, and was awarded counselor of the year award. I was also a swim instructor for two years for children ages 1-12. I have been a nanny for a family of six, and the children were ages 7, 9, 11, and 14. I was also a nanny for a 12 yr old with special needs. I am an American Red Cross certified lifeguard, so I am certified in CPR, AED, and all of the necessary emergency procedures. I also have lots of experience with animals. I have volunteered with both cats and dogs for over six years at several animal shelters. I absolutely adore kids and animals, and I'm such a high energy person that they can never really tire me out!

We hired Alia when we took our daughter out of daycare because of Covid. Alia has been awesome for our family. She has been with us for almost a year and our daughter is 18 months old now. She reads and sings to her. They go on walks and to the park together. She's very patient and very attentive. I've never seen her on her phone or even watching TV. Our daughter is a very challenging eater and Alia always communicates well with us about her meals and somehow gets her to eat vegetables! She is responsible and has taken covid protocol very seriously. We are putting our daughter back in daycare but hope to continue to use Alia when we need an evening or weekend sitter! We have loved having her as part of our family!
