About Alexys

I have tutored all ages from 8 years old to college students in a wide variety of subjects. My specialties are in sciences, English, and math but I can do other subjects that are factual based like history, art, etc. I also work to make learning fun and applicable to each of my students. I've found that if you relate material to something a student is passionate about, the level of understanding increases 10 fold! I have a minor in psychology and thus have a great understanding that each person learns differently and I love taking the time to help figure out what that is. I have a giant list of specific subjects I can tutor in, so feel free to ask! There isn't much not on my list!
