About Alexxis

Hi, my name is Alexxis and I am currently a Junior at University studying psychology, in hopes to later pursue a Ph. D in clinical psychology. My child care experience stems from being a babysitter to a family of two children ages 1 to 3. I was also a camp counselor summer of 2018 and responsible for 25 kids ages 10-12. My responsibilities included administering medicine, meal prep, planning daily activities, transporting children, homework help, providing advice, proper first aid, fostering a fun and safe environment, and communicating with appropriately with parents with any questions or concerns they may have. Before this I also worked as a camp counselor assistant where I helped care for children ages 5 to 13. I have certifications for Child Care, CPR, First Aid, Communicable Disease( how to deal with blood and disease) and was background check July 2018. Children are a great passion of mine and I hope to be of aid to you and your family. Hope to hear from you!
