About Alex

My undergrad in college was athletic training while attending Western Illinois University. I had to take multiple courses such as physics, biomechanics, biology, statistics, child development, sports psychology, and english courses. While taking those courses, I had to maintain a minimum of 3. 0 GPA to stay in my program and have 800 clinical hours to obtain my degree. Currently, I am going back to school for my Masters in elementary education. I work as long term sub and coach multiple sports in the Moline School District. I really enjoy working with children/students and helping them flourish. I understand that with tutoring there is no cookie cutter method as to what will work when it comes to any given subject. I will present your child with multiple different strategies and find the one that works best for them. I think with my ability to have a great deal of patience, apply multiple strategies, and with the right amount of consistency. I would be an great tutor for your child!
