Spoke with Alexis and was a little apprehensive about her lack of experience with 5 children but she was confident and I wanted to meet her. We set up a time to meet, and she never showed. No text, call or email. Being honest and reliable are incredibly important traits of child care providers and she is lacking one of them. Either unreliable and can't follow through with her commitments or dishonest and didn't want to tell me she was uncomfortable with 5 children. Either way, I need both in my sitter/nanny.
