About Alexis

Hello my name is Alexis; however my patients usually find it easier to call me Alexa. I am a certified personal home health aid, with over seven years of experience. Professionals in my field help people with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, cooking, feeding, housework, and even help with trips to appointments. I'm able to care for the client's social, emotional, physical and mental health. I am proficient with the proper handling of medications, wound care, hoyer lifts, feeding tubes, and or catheter bags. I've mastered the ability to remain calm in unforeseen situations, and any emergencies that may arise. Some may find me exceptionally patient, good at listening and responding to others' needs. As well as great at cooking, and companionship. I am trained in specialized areas of care, for example, Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, TBI, Parkinson's, Post-Operative Care, and End of Life /Palliative Care.
