About Alexis

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, silly, patient. Kids keep life fun, and they require you to think about the world as if you're experiencing it for the first time. Working with children forces you to take in and process your environment, often times in way you never have before. I've worked in a corporate setting for a while now, and while I enjoy my day job, I miss those kids! I started at a daycare center and met my first nanny family there. I worked as a nanny through college and taught preschool post graduation. I left teaching and became a nanny full time for a few years before moving to LA in 2014. One thing you should know about me is: I'm reliable and loyal to a fault. Being a parent is hard stuff! You deserve that village everyone is always talking about. My skills include: -Degree in adolescent psychology & early childhood development -Advanced CPR & infant CPR certification -Advanced training & experience with autism, adhd, and other behavioral roadblocks
