I’ve had Alexia as my children’s care taker for 3 years since my second daughter was born. She’s been more like family. She’s very flexible with her time and knowledgeable with younger kids as well as older ( I also have a 7 year old ) that she cares for during the summer months. She also helps with my special needs sister who is 14 she helps with school as well as being nurturing ( playing and bonding ) with my children. I unfortunately relocated miles away but if I could’ve taken her with us then I would have.
