Hello! I have been in the care giving field since 2009. I am looking for some new patients to fill my schedule. I have worked with patients that have recently been discharged from the hospital after surgery, quadriplegics, hospice care, respite, home health as well as nursing home settings. I am willing to help out with grocery shopping, meal preparation, med setups, as well as IADL's and ADL's. In the previous years I have networked with the senior center, discharge coordinator at the hospital, as well as home health offices. I am willing to travel if needed, we can discuss.
