Alexandria has been a dream. She is very present, engaged, joyful, kind and active with my son. I feel confident that she is a positive influence on him and his development. They have dance parties, sing songs, and do all kinds of creative activities (playing with play doh, crafts) and she also reads to him regularly. We feel extremely comfortable having her in our home. She is always on time (or messages if she will be late for any reason), dependable, straightforward, friendly and communicative. She is very respectful of our wishes and parenting style as well and does her best to follow our rules and instructions. Our son loves her and asks for her anytime she is not around.
