I have 3 years of professional experience and countless years working with littles. I am the eldest of 3, both siblings are 10+ years younger. I am passionate about yoga/mindfulness, living in tune with the seasons and feeding mind, body and spirit. I can help with general housekeeping, grocery and errands, and Cooking/Meal Preparation. I have a catalog of meals and items that can be made to order. I am also a seasoned artist and muralist who loves to teach and guide.
