Ali has been such a wonderful help to us these past few months and she has made herself truly invaluable. There is nothing she hasn't helped us with - organization of the children's closets or the pantry, regular tidying of the house, child bed/bath for date nights, and, of course, being an excellent playmate to our 1 and 3 year old! She is always safe, caring and fun with the kids - clearly knowledgeable from many years of experience. She engages them at their age level and never leans on the TV to entertain or hangs on her phone the way some sitters do in a quiet moment. I appreciate her ability to be quick to help in every situation - unloading the groceries with me, making dinner for the kids or baking fun treats. She is flexible with her schedule, always punctual and has even watched our dog while we went out of town. She will be irreplaceable when she moves away but I am happy to chat with any future families should they have additional questions!
