I love pets (especially dogs), playing outside, skateboarding, and doing fun activities! I have experience professionally working with youth - in 2021 I led the overnight YMCA for 4 months, ages 5-17. I have 4 years of experience teaching youth skateboarding with nonprofit organization and can provide references for that as well. ** Fully vaccinated. Our two daughters, aged 5 and 8 at the time, spent a week with Al this past summer at the YMCA skateboard camp. To say that Al left an impression would be an understatement. Her interactions with them were so respectful, with a level of maturity that not a lot of people give to children. After each day with her, they seemed to gain more self confidence - reaching outside their comfort zone. She asks questions about their interests with sincerity, and makes the kids feel so incredibly special and important. You would be lucky to have her in your kids lives.
