About Alexandra

Hi, my name is Alexandra. I am a CPR certified acupuncture and herbal medicine student in Gainesville, Florida. My focus includes nutrition, women's health, pregnancy and birth, and I hope to support women in fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum when I graduate from school. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in English literature in art and art history from St. Lawrence University in 2014, and I enjoy reading, writing, meditation, connecting with nature and ancient history. I am in search of a part time position in the evenings. I am inspired by children and love to spend time learning and being with them. I have spent a lot of time over the years taking care of children and teaching. I was an aupair in 2010 for a family in Athens, Greece. I have been a camp counselor for a nature based summer camp where I taught horseback-riding. More recently, I spent a year teaching children ages 4-16 horseback-riding lessons in North Carolina
