About Alexandra

My name is Alex and I am 24 years old. I grew up in Las Vegas and moved to Sacramento with my dog in 2022. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, empathetic, and organized. I like working with kids because you get to experience everyday life through their eyes. They usually have a much more whimsical outlook than any adult. I'm looking for someone that trusts me as an important role in their family. Mutual respect and care is extremely important to me, as I tend to go out of my way for the families I work with. I started working with kids when I was in high school. In college I worked with developmentally disabled children. I babysit for a local family now in Sacramento. In my spare time, I like to collect and research vintage clothing. My second job is at a vintage shop! One thing you should know about me is that I have a second job on Friday-Sunday. My top 3 child care skills include patience, active listening, and staying tidy and organized even when having fun.
