About Alexa

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, creative, and dependable. I like working with kids because they are full of joy, playfulness, and absolutely adorable! I am currently in school pursuing an elementary education degree because I've always loved kids and I'd like to be the kind of teacher my students can depend on and know that I'll always have their best interest at heart. I started working with kids professionally about 1 year ago at the current school I'm working at. However, I've had many years of babysitting and being surrounded by kids as I grew up and into my adulthood. My skills include creativity, problem-solving, and communication. Creativity: Fun activities for the kids and making things fun with what we have. Problem-solving: Great at overcoming challenges that May accrue while babysitting or diffusing arguments between kids. Communication: Effective and appropriate communication between the kids and parents.
