About Alexa

Hello, my name is Alexa (Lexi) and I have 5+ years of experience! I nannied while I got myself through school and I decided to continue part-time after becoming a licensed CT Realtor. I just bought my first home and I am currently seeking a job opportunity in a local setting where I can actively engage and work with the community while continuing to utilize my skills in child care. I organize the day prior and structure it to include similar schedules a daycare would have. I find this also helps toddlers transition. Each day is custom to the family. I try to incorporate, art, music, outdoor play, exercise, downtime to relax(talk about our day/emotions), and lots of encouragement. I'm very patient, softspoken and kind. I love nutrition and wellness. My hobbies include yoga, reading(libraries), cooking, hiking, painting, and playing sports. Additionally, I'm an animal lover and organization fanatic. This is the most rewarding job and I love what I do!
