Alexa was hired to care for my 14 yr old with autism. I conducted a phone and in person interview. Her first work day, she was 30mins late, the second work day, canceled 2.5 hours prior to a shift, and finally, was a complete NO CALL NO SHOW for her last shift. No response, to call and text. As parents, we depend on our childcare providers to communicate. I absolutely would not recommend.
