About Alethia

I like working with kids because they are the worlds next generation and they deserve to be catered to as well. Children are so smart and I love to see them grow. I started working with kids when I was 16, in the summer I took on a babysitting job. I babysat a girl who was 5 and severely autistic, it would be a lie if I said that it was easy but it was a rewarding experience. She was incredibly smart and she grew so much in that small amount of time. I also have a niece that I've babysat since diapers. She is my world. In my spare time, I like to read books, and study. I'm currently in college so a lot of my free time goes to school. But I can never pass up a good novel. One thing you should know about me is I'm very patient and understanding especially with kids. I know that they can take a bit to understand what is going on and some toddlers can be impulsive and consistency is key.
