About Aletha

Hello - I am a Mom of a 10 year TBI survivor - my son is now 25. I have cared for him and been with him through his entire recovery. My son has short term memory issues and physical disabilities. He is able to maneuver through his apartment independently. He has minimal use of one arm and the right side of his body. He wears an AFO ( leg brace) and he has aphasia ( speech difficulties) periodically. I have had to learn patience over the last 10 years that I never knew I had. I'm happy to help another family in need with their child / parent/ loved one that has disabilities. I also have elder care experience, 3 years unpaid with 93-year-old with mobility and cognition issues.
