Aleece, above all else is a solid person and it shows in her care for young children. Sleeve is reliable, timely, responsible, patient and kind. She has a way with children that is appreciated by parents. She has a good understanding of child development and meets children where they are and meets their needs within realistic and mature expectations. Aleece also does extremely well with multiple children of varying ages and has a calm yet “I’m in charge” demeanor that children respond really well to. Our sons enjoy Aleece and we’d refer her to any family looking for quality care for their children.
