Alicia interviewed with us for our 1 month old boy in January. Alicia arrived on time, made sure she knocked & not rung the bell to avoid waking the baby. She came prepared with references, CPR certificate, driving record etc. She interviewed really well. Even through the choice was clear, we had lined up few more interviews and wanted to make sure we talk to other nannies before making a decision. Alicia had accepted another position before we contacted and offered her the position. Alicia was prompt in letting us know that she was not available anymore. We would most certainly hire her if we are in need and she is available.
