About Alayna

I am currently an elementary education major at Iowa State University. I have completed coursework for early childhood education as well. I have shadowed and completed practicum experiences in multiple classrooms ranging from preschool to fifth grade. I was a family nanny for one family for five years where I was responsible for three children. I have experience with cooking/baking, stimulating learning activities, meeting children's emotional and physical needs and care, and more. I have also been responsible for running family errands, household chores, taking children to sports practices and appointments, and also supervising children in settings such as a swimming pool and physical activities that require adult supervision. Being an education major, I adore being around children and having the opportunity to provide them with positive experience and exceptional care.
