About Alayna

I am a 25-year-old female! I have several years of experience in the childcare field, including babysitting, full-time and part-time nanny experience, as well as 2 years as a family social worker. and I have always had a passion for working with children and families. I have cared for children of all ages, but most of my experience is in working with infants and toddlers. I am extremely patient, compassionate, and I value good working relationships with families. I highly encourage a creative and learning environment and do not believe in putting kiddos in front of a screen. I am interested in full-time or part-time hours and am open to childcare as well as help around the house.
