About Alana

I'd describe my personality as confident, playful, empathetic I like working with kids because it heals my inner child I'm looking for a job that pays well and has an agreeable environment. I've been around kids my whole life. Growing up, it was always me and my siblings and they were challenging but I learned so much from them. One thing I have enough of is patience. I started babysitting at 13. And I like to be VERY involved with children. You like tea parties? I'll make the tea... In my spare time, I like to read, clean, listen to music, and go out with friends. One thing you should know about me is that I do have a disorder (BPD). With that said, I care a lot about mental health and it's important to me to make sure kids are recognized, appreciated, and understood. All children deserve attention and love and I want to be able to care for them as if they were my own. My skills include communication skills, planning and instruction, and creativity.
