We hired (Augustina) Anna after going back and forth in messages, she disclosed she just got pregnant and we decided that would not work we were looking for someone longer term. She continued to message use and said her pregnancy was not an issue ! We decided after days of messaging to invite her in for an interview because she was so aggressive and was committed performing tasks for the job. She assured us she was ok with the job and she could perform all the tasks for the job and could do them . We invited her back a second time to be sure she said ok . We did background checks costing over $300. the first day seemed to go ok I was with her most of the day with her no issues apparent. Anna after assuring me she needed the job and would work as many hours I needed QUIT at 11:00 that night sighting her pregnancy was more important and would not sacrifice it for the job. I am ok with that but during the interviews she acknowledge during her beginning of the pregnancy she is capable and physically fit to do the job. Very disappointing! I find major immaturity for this applicant and work ethic problematic. Not sure what kind of experience she really has. Just think anybody who would consider her should know my experience with her before making a decision
