About Agnes

I have been the Director of Nursing at multiple assisted living facilities. I have worked in geriatric nursing for over 13 years. As a geriatric nurse, I have passed medications, completed nursing diagnosis and assessments, and acted as the liaison between the residents, doctors and family members on a daily basis to ensure the health and safety of all of our residents. The most rewarding aspect of my job has been the relationships I built with my residents and families, being with the residents and learning about them on a personal level has been so rewarding. Loneliness in the geriatric population is so prevalent and I love being able to build relationships and take away that negative feeling.
