I hired Addi for an every other week home cleaning. She did the first cleaning and did a good job! She told me she wanted to keep the job and would continue to come back every other week indefinitely. When I reached out to her to confirm the next date, she wouldn't respond to me. I asked her to please let me know if she changed her mind and still no response. I feel quite disappointed, because I thought we had something great, but it is one of the most frustrating things when someone is not dependable and will not communicate. Especially since I have to spend money every month to communicate with people on care.com and she wasted my time and money.
