About Abigail

Hi there! Thanks for taking a moment to look over my account! I moved to Bend from Boulder, CO after graduating college four years ago. I love being outside, staying active, trying new things, and am even more excited about guiding others along their unique journey. I am passionate about getting kids outside and encouraging them to pursue their own interests, acknowledging that there is a place for screen and down time but choosing to prioritize time enjoying the best that Central Oregon has to offer. Having lived in Bend for several years, I know some great areas and opportunities for creative and active pursuits, and am sensitive to each child's personality in choosing activities. I have experience nannying, as a camp counselor at a summer camp, teaching swimming lessons, and have served as a Big Sister to a curious and spunky Little Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters for the last 3 years.
