About Abigail

Hi! I earned my Bachelor's in Music Education and am a certified teacher. I have taught grades prek-12 and currently work as a special needs instructional assistant. I have worked in before/after school care, tutored in math, L. A., and social skills, as well as lifeguarded for 6 years. I have 3 years of babysitting/nannying children 1-8 years! Lastly, I am CPR & First-aid certified. About me: I am an animal lover and have always been known to take in and take care of people and animals. I've had pets from ducks to frogs to cats. The people in my life describe me as silly, energetic, kind-hearted, patient, understanding, and caring. My passion for music soars as I will be getting a certificate in music therapy to work with kids who need help with speech or developmental delays. I chose music because it is accessible and diverse.
