About Abigail

Hello! I'd describe my personality as kind, nurturing, and playful. I like working with kids because I love how there is so much in the world that is new for them, and seeing a child learn and develop can be so rewarding. I also love the process of teaching children to have pride for themselves during the many small and large victories they may face. I started working with kids when I was in high school babysitting, leading to me working as an early development teacher at a daycare for three years. In my spare time, I like to draw, read, and paint. My skills include being very nurturing and understanding. Feelings are definitely big for their learning minds, and I try to be as caring and patient as I can be. I also have a very strong work ethic, which I feel helps me keep up with the busy bodies of a child!
