About Abigail

I am a newlywed who married into a family of nannies! I see how rewarding it can be and love caring for children. I am in school for ASL Interpreting and am proficient in American Sign Language. I would love to be able to take some stress off of families and gain experience in the field as I finish up college. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my schedule, as I prefer to work only weekends as I finish up college. I can work some weekday evenings, however! I started working with kids as a teenager when my father became a pastor. I would manage the nursery during church service and saw how much joy it brought me! I have been babysitting for families on the side ever since but am looking for some more stability in terms of employment now. In my spare time, I enjoy practicing my ASL skills, spending time with my husband, learning new recipes, and getting some physical exercise in! My skills include multitasking, time management, and entertainment for the children of course.
