About Abigael

Hi there, my name is Abigael. I'm 33, an SB native and I'm looking for my next long term family. I love working with kids! My caregiving philosophy is to validate feelings and show empathy, while holding firm boundaries. I believe children should be encouraged to learn and grow through play. I love adventuring with kids outside on walks, hikes, swimming, biking, etc. I LOVE children's books and make sure to include library time into our weekly routine. I love to get creative and find it very soothing for children. I am a good role model and another person that shows my nanny kids lots of love, new experiences and joy. I'm into parenting books and can share my favorites with you. I'm a seasoned mom, a team player and comfortable helping out with anything to support the family unit. I've nannied kids of all ages and I'm familiar with different parenting styles. My personal favorite is the Montessori caregiving style. I love all animals (especially dogs!) and cooking!
