Assists with daily activities, ensures residents' comfort and safety. My patience and empathy create a nurturing environment that fosters trust and companionship. Prior to my current role, I gained valuable experience working with individuals with disabilities. My ability to providing support and problem-solving skills allowed me to tailor care plans to each person's unique needs.
