About Abbigail

I am a recent graduate of Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. I got my Bachelors in Theatre with a minor in early childhood education. I grew up with two younger brothers in Michigan prior to moving to New York. I began working with children as counselor in training at a YMCA summer camp in Michigan at the age of 13 and as a counselor until I was 18. Additionally, I have previously served as a the nanny of a boy (5) and girl (4) until I moved to NYC in the fall of 2017. I take a child-centered approach to babysitting. I will actively engage with children of all ages and ensure they have my absolute attention. I am kind, empathetic, compassionate and creative! I am eager to start working with kids again and am offering babysitting services for weekends, some holidays, over night, and weekdays. I can assist with light housework, am great with pets and will help your children with their online schooling or homework.
