I have been privileged to work with only the most amazing, kind, laid-back and fun families. I count all of them as friends and ADORE their children. When all of your experiences are good it's hard not to keep coming back for more. Some of my experiences include: -Wkly babysitter for twins from ages 2-4 -Nanny for Infant assisting w/ sleep training 9-15 mos old - Nanny for 2, toddlers (friends not twins) 9mos-2 yrs - Summer Nanny for 9 & 11yr-old I love working with all ages, though the majority of my experience has been with newborns and toddlers. It's important to me to respect and go at the pace of each child I work with. I'm very intentional about tuning into their style of communication and learning their natural rhythms of play, rest, silence, creating, helping, physical play, etc. I love a routine, and if you've found a routine that serves your family well, I will do everything I can to support and protect it.
