I'd describe my personality as dependable sweet and funny I like working with kids because I want to give them an education and memory that I didn't get as a child I had to grow up fast and I feel like children should enjoy there childhood and they should be able to have fun while still learning I'm looking for a job that can be reliable and that I can get to be able to share my experience with and even learn more from I'm still young and I would love to learn more and grow in this career I started working with kids when I lost my grandfather I decided that I needed to find a job that I can stay in and grow losing my grandfather opened my life to a different perspective that you should always do what you want don't be afraid to take that step forward and make a change in the world even if it's through one child at a time one person at a time

Aaliyah was my daughters teacher at daycare, and I cannot recommend her enough. My daughter O. has mild behavioral issues and was a struggle for a lot of the staff at this day care. Aaliyah however constantly was supporting and helping direct O.’s behavior in such a helpful way. Her communication with me in regard to methods and routines being used during “school” hours was perfect. On top of that she just has so much love for my daughter!!! She has not O.’s primary teacher in almost 18 months and is still calling and checking in with her! I also observed her interaction with other children in the classroom besides my daughter and she was always so even tempered and patient with all the kiddos. My daughter would always bring crafts home when she was in this class room or knowing a new dance to a fun song Aaliyah did with with and I really loved knowing that O. was have structured time rather then just running around doing whatever! Again I cannot recommend her enough!!!!
