I work from home (for now) and have a 7-week-old, 2-year-old and 10-year-old. We are looking for someone who can be part of our family and help where needed. Light house cleaning, carpool, helping with baby so I can focus on big kid, fun activities, getting dinner started, etc. The big kids are in school each day. So the focus would be the baby/housekeeping until school is out at 3 p.m. I'm an involved parent but managing the kids, their schedules, work and the house is difficult. I am looking for someone to help me do the juggling.

Looking for a dependable and reliable person to watch my 10-year-old daughter. I travel occasionally for work, and need someone to take my daughter to her after school activities during the week, help with homework and keeping her room/play room neat and organized. Occasional overnight needed. My daughter's activities are: taekwondo, lacrosse, and piano. She loves to play with friends, along with Mine craft/rob lox, and crafts. She needs someone to help her keep on task with homework, and to encourage her and help develop a love for learning. Someone who has a positive attitude, who is loving and kind, and a big picture thinker would be a good fit. We do not have pets due to allergies.
