I'm a licensed elementary school teacher with a Master's degree in curriculum and instruction. I've taught upper elementary school for the last four years. Throughout college I worked at a child development center with kids ages 1-12. I'm also a mom to a baby boy. I'm looking to nanny one kiddo in addition to my son beginning in June 2022 when my current teaching contract is complete. We love getting outside when the weather is nice, reading books, and doing tummy time activities.

We are seeking after school care for our preschool daughter. We are looking for a caregiver who can pick her up from school, safely bring her home or to their home, and let her snack/rest/play after school. I am a teacher and my husband is a Technical Director and so our hours can vary slightly, but I am generally able to get her between 3:15 and 4:00 p.m. The preschool is roughly 7 miles from our home. With our highly public jobs we are a vaccinated family and would prefer a caregiver vaccinated for COVID as well to help keep our daughter safe. Our daughter is 3, she is very talkative, creative, and kind. She loves to draw, do sidewalk chalk, take walks, be outside, sing, and read stories. She is working hard on pottery training and learns quickly.
I recently moved to Kansas. I need a senior care provider with experience. My care concerns are: Helping schedule and drive me to medical appointments, Assistance with Medication Management, Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Some Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping. Experience with managing and administering medication is a plus but not absolutely required. Some light tidying up is involved. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. I am looking for someone to provide companionship. I will ask you to run errands or to drive me to run errands. I own a car that can be driven by you to take me to appointments and run errands for me. I am scheduled to have knee replacement surgery in August. I will need more help during the weeks following the surgery.
