Hi! My name is Colton and I am looking for any kind of pet sitting job. I have a lifetime of experience with dogs and cats due to the time I've spent caring for my own pack. I have spent the past few years pet sitting for my neighbors and family members. I have extensive experience with dog training and highly value my abilities.

NEW PERMANENT, LIVE-IN JOB (FOR WEEKENDS) IN SCOTTSDALE. Bell and 52nd St: A busy, dual-pilot returning family of ours with a 9 year old boy and an 8 year old girl need a mature, reliable nanny to live in and care for them for day and overnight shifts while both parents are away working. They have had one of our wonderful nannies for the past 2 years! The 9 year old has ADHD and mild autism. Both children go to public school near their house. They also have a 13 year old black lab. Parents are both airline pilots and military pilots and will both retire from the military in May next year. They work pretty much every weekend and most holidays. They need a nanny Fri-Mon, including overnights. A typical weekend would be to take kids to school at 8:45AM and pick them up on Fri at 3:15PM, care for and supervise them all weekend (day/night) and then drop them off at school on Mon at 8:45AM. The nanny may need to pick them up from school on Mon at 3:15PM too. It may vary a little month to month (but is always between Fri - Mon) and they get their schedule for the full month around the 25th of the month prior. So they know their schedule for Aug on Jul 25. As far as the military is concerned, they have drill weekends once a month, which is usually on the first Sat and Sun of the month. If the nanny doesn't want to work on drill weekends, that's fine. They can have a back up nanny fill in. Drill weekends are not overnights but 10 hours each day. They do not need the nanny to do laundry or any housekeeping duties. It would just entail tidying up behind the kids and cooking simple meals for the kids. There might be an occasional trip to the grocery store to get a couple things. Nanny would be driving the kids in the family's Tahoe. SUV. Compensation is $18/hr not to exceed $265 in a 24 hour period. The shift would typically always be a Friday through a Monday shift or sometimes they may be shorter like Sat - Mon or Fri - Sun for 72-80 hours straight every week. (Nanny must always have availability for Fridays through Mondays since their schedule is variable.) The family does have back up in case the nanny needs a weekend off or if nanny prefers to have one weekend off each month. The kids usually wake up between 7-8AM and go to bed between 9-9:30PM. Drop off and pick up from school in the family's SUV is needed. Nanny has down time during the day while children are in school after they are dropped off at 8:45AM. Pick up from school at 3:15PM and supervise and care for the children for the evenings, overnights, and throughout the weekend until the parents return. No domestic tasks are needed other than preparing simple children's meals and upkeep after the children. The 9 year old son (Asperger's & ADHD) is very smart, silly, talkative and outgoing. The 8 year old daughter is a hard worker and likes to be girly and have fun. They need a nanny who is willing to learn about Asperger's and ADHD and can be patient with their son. Nanny also should be fun and energetic so that the kids will have fun while parents are away. Nanny must have flexibility in her schedule to accommodate the parents' busy schedules. Pets: one dog. Compensation: $265 per 24 hr shift and $18/hr on the last day when parents return home. **For example, if parents leave at 8AM on Friday morning, nanny is paid $500 for Friday at 8AM-- Sunday at 8AM and then $18/hr from 8AM on Sunday until parents return at 5PM on Sunday evening.** If holidays fall on the weekend shift, nanny will be needed to work holidays since the parents still work holidays. Extra compensation will be given for holidays. Starts Aug 10th. (REF#ELSC)
