Our inquisitive, bright 12 yo son who loves to play sports in an adapted way seeking physically fit companion with patience to assist before and after-school with frustration tolerance and exec function improvement. Pay is on the books and seeking long-term commitment as there is a learning curve. This is best plans best suited for flexible schedule during summer but more regular hours for school year. Busy household with several special needs children with only one child per caregiver. Experience or interest in special needs children with behavior component is essential.
