Looking for a person who has experience with autism, ABA and challenging behaviors to work with a woman who has autism. She has various support staff overseen. She is not aggressive. No driving required. No hands on personal care. Experience with prompting, redirection and following a behavior plan is needed. Looking for two different people. One to work Saturdays and one to work Sundays. This position would be in her apartment or in the community. She likes going places and attends groups in NYC. No benefits but would be onboarded through an agency. A flexible schedule is a must. Someone who works as a teacher or in the ABA autism field during the week and is looking for a second consistent weekend job is preferred. Candidates with experiences working in residential settings, with adults with IDD or in the ABA field preferred.
