Its a range of hours here as we have multiple people needed as weekends or a person days or a person evenings. Looking for 2-3 people to help in our 24X7 process with our autistic son here. He is 27 - (Cognitively 2- 4 - and that is they key of experience need for communication, etc.). Autism experience is NOT required, and its the patience, thinking on feet, problem solving, and positive personality that is key. We tailor schedules to your schedule, and events. There are 2 people with him always due to activities. Carer's are basically communication! He goes many places and needs a person to help at the many places he goes from Playgrounds, Horses, etc. Lots of teaching, etc. We would welcome the chance to review with you on this as its more of role of what you can do is important Thanks for your time and consideration!
