Family of 3 seek an assistant to help with childcare and household duties. You are compassionate, easy to get along with, and service-minded. Our child has physical and intellectual disabilities, so it's important that he likes you, that you get along with him, and that you see the charm in him that we see. This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals who are self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback. Some duties involve complete child care, appointments, assisting as necessary, engaging, and hanging out with our child. Household duties include laundry, light housework, errands, and helping with projects. We're seeking a long-term arrangement with an individual who is flexible and comfortable with multi-tasking.
